Regional Accounts are the regional equivalent to a country's National Accounts, i.e., National Accounts with regional and geographic divisions. A region's equivalent to a country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is called Regional Gross Domestic Product (GDPR).

Gross Regional Product (GRDP) increased in 12 out of 21 counties in 2024

Gross Regional Product (GRP) increased in twelve of Sweden’s counties in 2024, with the largest increase recorded in Blekinge County. Stockholm County continued to have the highest GRP per capita, GRP per employed person, and disposable income per capita. Gross fixed capital formation increased in four out of eight NUTS2 regions.
