Average price more than SEK 2 million for a one- or two-dwelling building

Real estate prices for one- or two-dwelling buildings increased by 2 percent during the last three months (December 2009 through February 2010) compared to the previous three months. Weak manufacturing industry delayed recovery

GDP growth for the last quarter of 2009 was lower than expected. GDP for the whole year of 2009 fell by 4.9 percent compared to the previous year. In a historical perspective this was an extremely large decrease. The poor performance of the export industry was the main reason behind the fall in GDP.
