Real estate prices up to and including April 2013
Real estate prices for one- or two-dwelling buildings were unchanged during the last three month period, February – April 2013, compared to the previous period, November 2012 – January 2013. Prices increased by 4 percent on an annual basis during the last three month period February – April 2013, compared to the same period last year.
