Real estate prices up to and including February 2010
Real estate prices for one- or two-dwelling buildings increased by 2 percent during the last three months (December 2009 through February 2010) compared to the previous three months. On a yearly basis and compared to the corresponding period previous year, prices increased 9 percent.
