This statistics are produced every third year and are based on a questionnaire survey of all schools, with at least 30 pupils, in Sweden. For each municipality, the survey presents the number and share of schools with various library services and the number and share of pupils with access to different forms of school libraries. Additional information on activities, lending and number of books, media costs, open hours, etc. is reported for those libraries that have allocated at least six staff hours per week.
