The objective of the Accomodation Statistics is to provide information about business and leisure travel within Sweden and to provide basic data for decision making.
The survey is carried out monthly and provides information about capacity and occupancy rates in hotels, youth hostels, holiday villages, campsites and commercially arranged rentals in private cottages and apartments in Sweden.
The statistics are published on the county level under Publications but can be broken down to low regional level.
Preliminary statistics are published every month, while final results are published in April every year.
