Financial assets and liabilities for municipalities and county councils
The financial standing of municipalities' and county councils’ continues to improve. The financial standing of municipalities has improved from SEK 39.3 billion in 2006 to SEK 45.6 billion in 2007. This is regarded as the difference between the financial assets and liabilities. The financial standing of county councils increased from SEK 6.1 billion in 2006 to SEK 11.1 billion in 2007.
