The period between upper secondary school and university/higher education
Six out of ten first-year students who took a break in their studies between upper secondary school and university/higher education reported that they gained valuable experience that was useful for their studies. This is one of the findings in the report The period between upper secondary school and university/higher education, a questionnaire survey conducted during autumn 2011.
