Foreign trade - exports and imports of goods

Trends in volume of exports and imports of goods, 4th quarter 2009:

Exports of goods from Sweden decreased in volume during the fourth quarter by 7.7 percent (value in constant prices), compared to the corresponding quarter in 2008. At the same time, imports of goods decreased in volume by 4.5 percent. The rate of decline was clearly less in the fourth quarter than during the other quarters of the year. The number of weekdays during the fourth quarter was one more than during the same quarter of 2008.  Read the entire press release
