Charges/rents for newly constructed dwellings 2009
Rents for newly built rental multi-dwelling buildings in 2009 increased by 10 percent, compared to 2008. During the same period, rents increased roughly 4 percent for newly built rental dwellings in one- or two dwelling buildings. The price for newly built owner-occupied dwellings has increased during the same period by about 15 percent for one-or two dwelling buildings and about 8 percent for multi-dwelling buildings. The price in SEK per dwelling is now somewhat higher for one- or two dwelling buildings than for multi-dwelling buildings.
