Labour cost index for wage earners and salaried employees in the private sector (AKI)

The National Labour Cost Index (AKI) for wage-earners and salaried employees in the private sector are produced monthly and describes the total labour cost development over time. Beginning in January 2008, AKI is published in the Swedish Standard Industrial Classification, 2007 (SNI 2007) and with the same period as reference period (January 2008 = 100). The classification standard is based on the revised standard NACE Rev. 2 (NACE = Nomenclature Générale des Activités Economiques dans les Communautés Européennes).

Labour Cost Index (AKI), February 2013

The Labour Cost Index (AKI) for the private sector in February 2013 was 110.4 for wage-earners and 112.5 for salaried employees. Compared to February 2012, labour costs have increased by 2.4 percent for wage-earners and 2.7 percent for salaried employees.   Read the entire press release
