The graph shows the price level in Sweden from 1830 to 2009. The figures have been deducted from the Myrdal-Bouvin consumer price index (1830-1914), the cost-of-living index, direct taxes and social benefits excluded (July 1914- June 1954) and consumer price index (from July 1954). Please observe that the scale used is logarithmic. This means that equal distances on the y-axis means the same percentage change in prices for all time periods.
