Restaurant sales increased in November

The restaurant sales volume in November showed an increase of 3.2 percent compared with the same period last year. The sales volume for roadside restaurants increased strongly and amounted to 5.2 percent.
Roadside restaurants had an upturn in the volume of sales by 5.2 percent in November, and other types of restaurants with positive developments in volume of sales were lunch and dinner restaurants (5.0%) and entertainment restaurants (4.5%). Personnel restaurants have had the weakest development in volume of sales in restaurants, -8.8 percent, in November.
The turnover for restaurants increased by 5.6 percent in November compared with the same month last year.
