Artificial intelligence in enterprises 2025

Since 2021, Statistics Sweden has measured the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in enterprises four times via the survey ICT usage in enterprise. During this time, the development of AI has taken great strides and the technology is being identified as a possible new general purpose technology with the potential to lead to major productivity gains in large sections of society, not least in the business sector. The purpose of this report is to shed light on how Swedish enterprises' used AI in 2025 and how it has changed since the beginning of the decade.
