  1. The sum of total capital gains minus the sum of total capital losses. The net value is negative if the losses are greater than the gains.
  2. The sum of gains minus the sum of losses from disposal of one- or two dwelling buildings, owner-occupied apartments and business properties.
  3. The sum of gains minus the sum of losses from disposal of financial securities, other assets and shares in companies.
  4. The income consists of total earned and capital income.
