Number of employees increased by 1.9 percent

In the second quarter of 2019, there were 4 909 426 employees, an increase of 1.9 percent compared with the same quarter a year ago. Total gross pay amounted to SEK 487 billion, an increase of 3.8 percent. There were 136 700 job openings on the labour market, an increase of 2.4 percent.
