In this report, statistics on innovation and innovation activity are presented for business enterprises and workplaces in the public sector. Innovations are categorised as product- or process innovations and comparisons between private and public performers are made for innovation novelty and utility. This report is based on data from the Community Innovation Survey and the survey on public sector innovation commissioned by the Swedish Innovation Agency, Vinnova.
