Six in ten people have seen misleading information on the internet

2023-11-17

96 percent of the population in Sweden aged 16–85 years, corresponding to almost 8 million people, have used the internet during the last three months. Out of these, six in ten people, or just over 5 million people, report having seen information or content on the internet that they have perceived as false or doubtful.
