The labour market situation for people with disability 2022
The report describes the situation in the labour market for people with disability. The survey includes questions about employment, reduced working ability and discrimination in working life. People with disability have a lower employment rate than the rest of the population. Employed people with disability are less likely to have permanent full-time jobs. They are also less likely to work in occupations requiring advanced level of higher education and as managers. One in three people with disability have experienced discrimination in their working life related to their disability.
