    Rents per square metre for newly built rental dwellings were SEK 1 863 in 2021, compared with SEK 1 868 in the previous year. The cost per square metre for newly built tenant-owned dwellings was SEK 656 in 2021 and the average price was SEK 3 152 000 in 2021.
