  • GDP indicator down in July

    Sweden’s GDP decreased by 0.2 percent in July, seasonally adjusted and compared with the previous month, as shown by the preliminary compilation of the GDP indicator. Calander adjusted GDP was 2.0 percent higher than in the corresponding month of the preceding year.

  • Household consumption increased week 32-35 2025

    Household consumption increased by 0.2 percent week 32-35 2025 compared with week 28-31. Compared with the same period last year, household consumption week 32-35 2025 increased by 1.1 percent. Both figures are measured in constant prices and are calendar and seasonally adjusted.

  • Higher GDP in June

    Sweden’s GDP increased by 0.5 percent in June, seasonally adjusted and compared with the previous month, as shown by the preliminary compilation of the GDP indicator. For the second quarter as a whole GDP increased by 0.1 percent compared with the preceding quarter. Calander adjusted GDP in June was 1.0 percent higher than in the corresponding month of the preceding year while GDP for the quarter as a whole was 0.9 percent higher than in the second quarter of 2024.

    Sweden’s GDP decreased by 0.2 percent in May, seasonally adjusted and compared with the previous month, as shown by the preliminary compilation of the GDP indicator. Calander adjusted GDP was 0.5 percent higher than in the corresponding month of the preceding year.

  • Industry increases share of green securities

    In recent years, the share of green securities issued by Swedish industrial corporations has increased in relation to their total liabilities in debt securities.
