  • GDP down in June

    Swedish GDP decreased by 0.2 percent in June, seasonally adjusted and compared with the previous month, according to the preliminary compilation of the GDP indicator. For the second quarter as a whole GDP increased with 1.4 percent compared with the preceding quarter. Calendar adjusted GDP for June was 2.4 percent higher than in the corresponding month of the preceding year, while GDP for the quarter as a whole was 2.8 percent higher than in the second quarter of 2025.

  • GDP growth continued in May

    Sweden’s GDP increased by 0.9 percent in May, seasonally adjusted and compared with the previous month, according to the preliminary compilation of the GDP indicator. Calendar adjusted GDP was 3.9 percent higher than in the corresponding month of the preceding year.

  • Higher GDP in April

    Swedish GDP increased by 0.5 percent in April, seasonally adjusted and compared with the previous month, as shown by the preliminary compilation of the GDP indicator. Calendar adjusted GDP was 2.4 percent higher than in the corresponding month of the preceding year.

  • Higher GDP in March

    Swedish GDP increased by 1.9 percent in March, seasonally adjusted and compared with the previous month, according to the preliminary compilation of the GDP indicator. For the first quarter as a whole GDP decreased with 0.2 percent compared with the preceding quarter. Calendar adjusted GDP for March was 2.5 percent higher than in the corresponding month of the preceding year, while GDP for the quarter as a whole was 1.6 percent higher than in the first quarter of 2025.
