Differences in transition to higher education between independent and municipal schools

Students who attended an independent upper secondary school transition to higher education slightly faster than those who attended a municipal school. This applies to students from both university preparatory programmes and vocational programmes. In the longer term, however, the relationship is reversed for students who attended university preparatory programs
