Few continue their education after vocational programmes

Almost 90 percent of those who continue their education after upper secondary school have completed a higher education preparatory programme. Among those studying at university, it is common to have studied social science, natural science or economics in upper secondary school. Among those studying at Folk high schools or Fine arts- and culture programmes it is however most common to have studied on the arts program.
