Labour Force Surveys (LFS) 2026 - Older people's participation in the labour market
Working past the age of 65 is becoming more common in Sweden today and the employment rate among people 65–74 year old has more than doubled during the past 20 years. This report from Statistics Sweden's Labour Force Surveys (LFS) provides an overall description on the situation of older people in the labour market in 2025. The report is to a great extent an updated version of the previous publicized "Labour Force Surveys (LFS) 2024:1 - Theme: Older people's participation in the labour market 2001–2023", which was published in the spring of 2024.
