Labour Force Surveys (LFS) 2023 – Theme: Labour market for foreign born in Sweden and the EU

There are differences between native and foreign born people on the labour market. The report highlights various factors that affect employment and employment opportunities for native and foreign born people in Sweden. The areas concerned are employment, education including parents' education, obstacles to getting a suitable job, language skills, perceived discrimination, and job satisfaction. Native and foreign born in Sweden and in the European Union (EU) are compared with respect to the mentioned areas. The statistics presented come from the EU-regulated supplementary survey belonging to the Labour Force Surveys from 2021.
