Foreign trade led to positive GDP growth

Following a strong end of 2018, Sweden’s GDP rose by 0.6 percent in the first quarter, on a seasonally adjusted basis. However, only foreign trade contributed positively to GDP growth. Other parts of the balance of resources contributed negatively or had a neutral contribution to GDP growth this quarter.
