Construction clients’ costs continue to rise

The Construction Cost Index for multi-dwelling buildings increased by 0.1 percent in March 2023 compared with February 2023. The annual rate of change in the Construction Cost Index was 14.9 percent in March, compared with the corresponding month in 2022, down from 16.5 percent in February.
