Large decline in restaurant sales persisted in fourth quarter 2020

The restaurant sales volume decreased by 36.2 percent in the fourth quarter compared with the same period a year ago. The largest decrease in sales volume, 65.6 percent, was among hotel restaurants.
Entertainment restaurants recorded the second largest decrease, 56.2 percent, compared with the fourth quarter 2019.
Turnover generated by restaurants decreased by 35.0 percent in the fourth quarter in current prices compared with the same quarter last year.
