Report - Statistics on the climate impact of exports
This report is one of the final deliveries of the Government project –The greenhouse gas emissions effects of Sweden’s exports. The report builds on the interim report that was delivered within the assignment in December 2023 (SCB, 2024). In the interim report, a feasibility study was carried out to suggest method for following up statistics on the effect of Swedish exports on global emissions. Based on the interim report, the purpose with this report is to:
- Develop a measure for the climate effects of exported Swedish
products compared to other corresponding foreign products - Compile statistics on the effect of Swedish exports on global
emissions. - Analyse the level and development of Swedish exports' effect on
global emissions.
