Here you can find guidance on how to log in and submit your reports. 

Login credentials

• Do you need new login credentials? Send an e-mail to intrastat@scb.se. Don’t forget to include your corporate registration number.
• Do you have multiple users? You may register up to three different e-mail addresses, but only one password can be generated for each corporate ID. This means that all users need to share the login credentials.
• You use the same username and password for both arrivals and dispatches.
• You can change your password under common tasks on the starting page.

Log in using two-factor authentication

• SCB uses two-factor authentication when logging in to ensure your security. This means that all users need to register their e-mail address to have access to log in. The registered contact persons are connected to the two-factor authentication.
• When logging in for the first time, two-factor authentication is not required since no e-mail address is registered. You will be asked to register an e-mail address which will be linked to your account for future access.
• You may register up to three different e-mail addresses on the three given rows in Idep (see the image below). Please observe that only one e-mail address can be registered on each row.
• Please note that when adding contact information on the two lower rows, you need to check the box for that row. If the box is unchecked, we will not be able to send you the confirmation e-mail to complete the login process. Whether you are obliged to reports arrivals or dispatches does not matter when doing this.
• To update your contact information, press update here on the starting page.

How to submit your information

You can report both manually or by uploading a text- or excel file. You may pause and save your entries at any time to continue later. As long as you have not submitted a report you can still make changes to it.

To import excel files, there are pre-defined formats for both arrivals and dispatches, excelmall_inf (arrivals) and excelmall_utf (dispatches).
