In order for SCB to be able to accept XML-files, the software used must be approved by SCB.

The software used to generate the XML-file must be approved by SCB. If your software and its version is listed below, no new certification is required.

How to Certify a Software

  1. The software provider reviews Appendix 1 and applies to initiate test transfers (Appendix 2).
  1. SCB sends an email to the software provider with instructions about the testing procedure and the criteria required for certification.
  2. Once the test criteria have been fulfilled, SCB will issue a certificate to the software provider.
  3. Enterprises obligated to report may now use the software without notifying SCB. For file transfers, you can apply for a login account (appendix 3).
