Continued high growth in the Swedish economy

The Swedish economy continued to show good growth in the first quarter of the year. GDP growth remained at 0.7 percent and consequently, the economy grew at the same rate as the average in the last five years. Gross fixed capital formation was the main contributor to the growth. Household consumption also kept increasing and contributed to the growth.
