Statistics on the industrial production of goods describe the value and quantities of goods and related services which Swedish industry produced during the year.

In Sweden the statistics are mainly used by organisations in society and organisations representing industry. The main areas of use are to calculate GDP and indicators connected to Swedish industrial production. The Swedish EU membership has also resulted in greater international significance for Swedish production statistics. Industrial production of goods is also included in an EU coordinated survey known as Prodcom (Production statistics within the Community).
