    The Producer Price Index rose by 0.5 percent in August compared to July 2025. Prices decreased by 0.2 percent on the export market and increased by 1.1 percent on the domestic market. On the import market, prices decreased by 0.3 percent. The annual rate according to the Producer Price Index was -0.7 percent in August (-0.6 percent in July).

  • Services Producer Price Index in second quarter 2025

    The Services Producer Price Index rose by 0.3 percent in the second quarter compared to the first quarter 2025. Prices decreased by 3.3 percent on the export market as well as on the import market. On the domestic market, prices rose by 1.0 percent. The annual rate according to the Services Producer Price Index was 1.5 percent in the second quarter (2.2 percent in the first quarter).

  • Lower prices on electricity and district heating in June 2025

    The Producer Price Index decreased by 0.6 percent in June compared to May 2025. Prices increased by 0.1 percent on the export market and decreased by 1.3 percent on the domestic market. On the import market, prices rose by 1.1 percent. The annual rate according to the Producer Price Index was -3.1 percent in June (-2.8 percent in May).
