The inflation rate according to the CPI in April 2026 was -0.1 percent, down from 0.5 percent in March. The monthly change for the CPI from March to April was -0.6 percent. The inflation rate according to the CPIF (Consumer Price Index with fixed interest rate) was 0.8 percent in April, down from 1.6 percent in March.
